Meeting Format
Technical sessions will be held in the mornings and afternoons. In order to promote informal discussions, breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks will be provided each day, as well as a Sunday evening (June 22) welcoming reception, a Tuesday evening conference dinner, and a Thursday evening cocktail reception and banquet. Contributed papers will be given as poster sessions only. Talks are limited to 30 minutes oral presentations and 10 minutes discussions.
Please arrive on Sunday, June 22.
Posters will be 1 meter high and 1.2 meters wide.
Poster presentations will occur during coffee breaks.
Invited Posters – 5 slides/5 minutes
Contributed posters – 2 slides/2 minutes
