Publication: Topical Issue of International Journal of Materials Research.
The proceedings of this international workshop will be published as a regular issue of International Journal of Materials Research. All invited and contributed papers will be reviewed using regular journal-reviewing procedures.
Final papers are to be submitted at the conference. Papers must follow the instructions printed in each issue of International Journal of Materials Research.
All papers will follow IJMR refereeing rules, and the proceedings will be published as a regular issue of IJMR, possibly by March 2009.
