The Business Systems Analysis Group provides the Office of the Chief
Financial Officer and the Information Systems and Services Department with
customer-oriented systems analysis. Their principal role is to ensure that
the financial systems are responsive to the reporting needs of the Laboratory.
Range of Resonsibilities
- Business Process Engineering and Automation
- Central point of contact for financial chart field changes
- End user systems support
- Testing of new systems functionalities
- Research and analyze origins of system issues
- Coordinate with ISS on system changes and enhancements
- Assist end users by developing reports and queries
