| The deadline for submission is March 15, 2004. The publisher intends to enforce this deadline in order to have the proceedings published as soon as possible.
The proceedings will be published by the Institute of Physics as a special issue of Journal of Physics G: Nuclear and Particle Physics. The page limits are 8 for plenary talks and 4 for parallel talks. Abstract submission will be through the regular submission process of the Journal of Physics G. You can download the instructions for preparation and submission here. Please use the IOP supplied style/class files for preparation of the manuscript in Latex.
