- Casual Visitor = Meeting less than 5 days
- Proposal: "Beginning of Semester" Meeting for students

- May need to hold this meeting more than once
- Include recent accidents and lessons learned
- Encourage EVERYONE to attend - Including Safety Committee and LBNL Employees
