Roles and Responsibilities

Before Subcontract Award

• Enter Technical Representative, Requester, and Resource Analyst (if applicable) into eProcurement Requisitions for goods and services

After Subcontract Award

• Run periodic reports from FMS and BRS to track expiring POs
• Respond to PO Renewal notices for expiring POs (submit ePro requisitions to continue the work)
• Keep track of Government Furnished Property / Subcontractor Acquired Property

After Completion of Work

• Complete the Subcontract Closeout Memo sent to the Division Technical Representative / Requester by Procurement at conclusion of the subcontract
• For the early closeout of subcontracts (when work is completed early) contact the buyer to arrange for the closeout of subcontracts
