(a) The University shall provide at Berkeley, California, a Laboratory Director acceptable to the Contracting Officer. Any official performing the function of the Deputy Director must also be acceptable to the Contracting Officer.
(b) Individual Regents of the University, the Officers of the University, and other administrators of the University, and various members of the University faculty engaged in scientific and technical studies may visit the Laboratory sites and advise and assist in the performance of work under this contract. In accordance with the provisions of Appendix A of this contract, members of the Laboratory staff may visit the University's several academic institutions and participate in studies and discussions.
