The Department of Energy Research and Development Bilateral Agreements as of June 6, 1994, included herein are made a part of this Appendix C and contain a listing of international agreements which may impact invention rights of the University as stipulated in Article XII, Clause 1, Patent Rights, Paragraphs (b)(3) and (4).
